Tutorial: Programming for Beginners

I found an interesting website on the internet recently and decided that it should be posted as a tutorial.
Therefore, I present to you, CodeAcademy.

This website is great for anyone who wants to be introduced to the area of real world programming languages such as Java. The site features interactive, web-based lessons and also allows one to connect with friends and check each other's progress.

I hope this helps someone.

This is pretty cool. Is it brand new? They only seem to have the beginner's tutorial there.

I think it's relatively new...their most advanced tutorial is loops. I did find the following on the courses page though:
