I've got some corrupted files on my computer and lovely old Windows 7 is being a bitch about fixing it. I've tried deleting them normally, through command line, running chkdsk, and none of it works (either errors or hangs). Is there anything in Windows 7 to force delete corrupted files??

Try Unlocker. Or try deleting the file from the Cygwin command line --- apparently it's able to do some crazy things you normally can't do in Windows.

If all else fails, pop in a LiveCD of some version of linux with NTFS support; I've found that they can delete things that NTFS can't handle, such as files named "." and "..". You can make these files in Windows, you just can't delete them.
