Well, I'm really thinking of pursuing an IT career. Maybe a programmer. I don't know yet. But I'd like to know what you guys think I should get for it.
I'm planning on taking a computer science program in university (the comp. sci. program at University of Windsor,) but I'm not sure what else, if anything, I should take, along with those. Perhaps online courses?
I'd just like to hear what you guys think is required/recommended in an IT career.

You'll need theoretical knowledge and practical application. A University will provide you with former. Co-op/internships are excellent for the latter. Personal projects are also good.
Latest from compsci.ca/blog: Tony's programming blog. DWITE - a programming contest.
