UWaterloo Software Engineering compared to UToronto Computer Engineering Software stream

Simply put, how does University of Waterloo's Software Engineering program compare to University of Toronto's Computer Engineering program if one chooses to specialize in Software in 3rd year? Looking over both course calendars gives me the impression they are quite similar, but if anyone has input on the pros, cons, or differences between both programs for someone who wants to go into Computer Software Engineering I'd be interested in reading them.

Lectures wise, it's mostly the same thing. The differences are beyond the classroom.

The Universities are also in different cities that offer different lifestyles, events, opportunities, etc. Although I occasionally drive from Waterloo to Toronto, so there's some overlap in that as well.
