hello guys me and my mates proposed to do a campus notification system its a mobile application that anyone can use specially students to gather information easier...need help in gathering review of related literature for it any links please post it here thank you so much and Godbless you all

To me, that sounds like email or text messaging, except that all the messages are sent to the campus computer.

A lot of mobile devices now come equipped with wifi. So one wouldn't need a data plan, if the campus wifi coverage is good enough.
