Hey guys! If any of you still remember a game called Level Runner submitted here by a fellow name Lufthansa, I was credited for the level graphics. So, now it's my turn to post my final project, done with a partner. I hope you guys enjoy. Just some information:
This game is called Morse's World, and it is a 2D Puzzle Platformer in a sense. Players need to navigate Morse through stages that increase in difficulty while avoiding enemies and making tricky and well timed jumps.
Please note: The last level of every stage is meant to be difficult, so please don't complain about it, they ARE possible and fully tested.
The game is finished, but any bug reports and comments are welcome.

I'm surprised this topic has been viewed 50 times with 9 downloads but no one has even left a comment. Anyways, the game was played in class today and received some positive feedback by classmates, so I hope to whoever downloaded the game is enjoying it.
I have here an updated Level 24, which is the last real stage in the game (Level 25 is just for the ending). It has been edited to give a very good challenge and is by far the hardest stage in the game now like it's supposed to be. I hope you enjoy, just replace the old Level 24 text file with this one.
Two bugs so far:
1000 Picture Max Error - Turing will give you the old 1000 picture max limit reached and exit the game.
Solution: Just reload the game and use the continue button. You lose no progress.
Random Freezing - This occurs VERY rarely and for some odd reason. Game just freezes and gives no error.
Solution: Same thing as above, just reload the game and use the continue button.

That I'll have to double check with my friend, but we use Sprite.Free after every level. It could be that he forgot to Pic.Free the actual pictures and only freed the sprites.
It's already been handed in, so it's doubtful we'll be fixing this version. What we plan on doing is making a whole new sequel to the game, with better mechanics and the likes. Thanks for the comment though, I'll ask my partner what's the status on the picture freeing.

Very cool.
I will definitley be looking into the source to figure out how you did your collisions detection (specifically landing properly on surfaces even when moving at high speeds).
I was playin' lvl 2 for like 5 minutes and kept dying and was like WTF!!! when suddenly I realized that the penguins are standing on spikes....
lol, I iz blind!

Sorry about that, this game is meant to be challenging
Feel free to look at the source code and ask any questions, I hope you liked the game (Even though it is quite difficult to beat)
