Hello, I just finished grade 10 math in my first semester and am taking grade 11 university math in my 2nd semester. Does anyone know what they teach in Canadian high schools for grade 11 university math? If you have any links to good tutorials for grade 11 math then please post them. Thanks.

You could always ask a math teacher if you could see/borrow a reference textbook or if they have any copies of the course outline lying about.

It is usually dependent on the province as well. There are similar concepts taught that everyone learns but there are smaller details and different extents of the course subject that is taught.

Essays on Calculus may have some useful stuff, though I'm not sure what is too advanced or not. Back in 1991, when I had Grade 11 Advanced Math, the main topics introduced were sequences and series, annuities, and parabolas I believe. The Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing has previous years contests that may be useful in looking for the material covered in various grade levels. IIRC, there was the Fermat contest back in 1991 that was for Grade 11 students.

I should have mentioned. This is probably considered a pre-calculus course. i recommend searching for pre-calc book. I used schuam's books. They can be quite useful.
