There's a problem with January's DWITE question 3. It clearly states that the speed (C) of a character is, and I quote, 0 < C <= 3. C cannot be zero, but there is clearly a speed of 0 in the sample input. Prolly a typo, but this might screw over some teams if there is indeed a zero in the evaluation input.
Thought I'd throw this out there... |

You are correct that is a typo, and should be:
0 <= C <= 3
