Can somebody give me some comparison between the outlooks for the two careers. Like what kind of jobs you can get with each degree, earning income differences between the two.

Generally and briefly, at 3am... ITM means you'll be focusing on the business / managerial side of things, with (hopefully) a basic understanding of the details. CS means you'll be doing more of the actual implementation / problem solving with perhaps a few opportunities to look at the business side of things.

No idea about income differences.
