Hey guys, I'm looking for one or two people to rent with in Waterloo. Preferably new UW students. The person I was supposed to rent with canceled just recently so I'm looking forward to meeting some new roommates. Let me know.

so why aren't you living in Rez? Everyone says it's cooler to live there (BTW, I do not go until next year, but I think I will do the same thing.) Just curious.

I didn't get my deposit money in on time and the rooms looked kind of crap. But now I'm kind of wishing I did get in, oh well.

I think being in res i would meet more people and make more friends. That is more important to me now than a better room with a good internet connection than it was a few months ago haha..

I've met way more people with similar interests and such while living in a house as opposed to res. while in res, i met virtually no one with similar interests, but things could be different for you. I believe that living off-campus has been more refreshing and less restrictive, therefore I was more inclined to meet new people.
