This is true, and alas, i'm unable to get this program to work. I even changed the encoding to UTF-8 but its still giving me "env: python/r: No File or Directory"

Have you tried running dos2unix or its associated cousin for the Mac?

Ahhh, that's the command line tool I was thinking of before. That's what you need.

To get dos2unix on Mac, install MacPorts. After, type:
"sudo port install dos2unix" in the terminal.

ah, well then i have to resolve the problems im having with macports. haha.
