Best based on what criteria and weighting of that criteria? |

by "best" i assume you mean the school with the highest girl:guy ratio, in which case i think carleton is on top for Ontario at least.
you're welcome. |

History and engineering lacks a couple key points that I was asking for:
1) Quantifiable information. On a scale of 1 to n, how good is history or engineering is very very subjective, IMO.
2) Weighting of such information. How much does each value of the previous point count is also quite important. For example, how significant is it that the history program consider European history of the 20th century? Or 18th century Canada? I'm sure you could picture other things here but how much does that count compared to the engineering that you also want to count for something, is it 50/50 or more like a 90/10 split?
Without those kinds of details, what kind of justification can one have for an answer? It'd be like me saying the answer is the University of Calgary, just because that is the school whose name came to me first and I work on that campus but really I don't know if they even have such a program as that kind of degree would generally require working with a pair of faculties I think. |

For any weighting that rates history more than epsilon, U of T. |
