Alright, I'm having a discussion with zero-impact, and though I know this will probably be biased since most of you are CS students, I'm NOT putting CS on here for a reason. |

I added Arts to the poll. And my vote for the subject I'm interested in the most right now is Secondary Language -- Japanese. |

I'm going to Japan some time this summer.
For learning, I'm using http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosetta_Stone_(software)
Quote:
The Rosetta Stone software utilizes a combination of images, text, and sound, with difficulty levels increasing as the student progresses, in order to teach various vocabulary terms and grammatical functions intuitively, without drills or translation. They call this the "Dynamic Immersion method". The goal is to teach languages the way first languages are learned.
Someone also suggested buying UW's (or I suppose any University's) Japanese 101 course-notes and a work-book, and go through the material on your own. |

I added Trade Skills (like shop type clases) as it seems only fair and is common calss in high schools.
Tho personally i went for science but it was almost tided with math for me. (Of cores computer Science would have been first if it was on the list ) |
