Hello,
Since I am in my 4th year, my original plan is to find a job in a related field (CS) by August else I have decided to do Masters in Computer Science. Therefore, I will be applying to some graduate schools.
Well, those of you who are not that familiar with Ryerson - the University's Computer Science program is fairly straightforward, as long as you make an effort to get things done, you will pass. Obviously to get high marks, you need to put in more work.
Now, I haven't been to other Universities but from what I can make out (based on knowledge gathered), doing Masters at the following Universities might prove to be difficult for an average Ryerson student (exception: geniuses) due to the overall standard and expectations:
. Waterloo
. University of Toronto
Meanwhile, I myself am interested in the following Universities due to their Masters structure (course based):
. York University
. Queens
. Lakehead
So, my question is, based solely on the level of difficulty, how would you rank them (please base it on knowledge or known facts instead of a pure guess)? Is Waterloo CS Masters really that difficult or is it just overhyped? How about University of Toronto? REMEMBER: As compared to Ryerson. |
