You should be posting in one of the subforums, most likely Java Help. The subforums are located at the top of the page in their respective forums (ie. Java Help is located at the top of the Java forum).

Gandalf is correct, post in the help subforum of the respective language. Please be sure to check out the tutorials section if applicable before you post a question. Using the search function available at the top of the page doesn't hurt either, chances are your question has been answered.
