I picked Angelina Jolie because she's just pretty, that simple lol
Anyway, my first test was a quater of her face and it went well

and then i moved on do DO her entire face lol And the result kind of reminds me of Kerrigan from Starcraft

The second picture looks extremely grainy, probably due to a filter you used. Try smoothing it out or giving it a minor blur filter.
