Basically I have 200 odd frames that I want to make into some form of looping video, or whatnot. Call it a gif, emote, whatever, I don't care. Just can somebody please help me with this? I have paint, photo shop, and all the forms of macromedia. Thanx

If you have photoshop, look about for Imageready. Once you created the animation, The Save As Optimized should have an Images Only .gif option.

There are a number of gif animators that you can get a 30 day trial for.
