Sparked by this topic, I began to wonder how many other new first year university/college students CompSci.ca has this year. I myself am in my first year of Computer Science at Carleton University. I'm currently living in a traditional double room in residence. Well?

I love articles Tony, hence why I think the universities part of the blog could also do some "healthy expanding" if you get what I mean Razz.

I do have plans for such (and more!) but that requires a lot of work.

Good to hear, I really like your university articles, and application time will be soon enough.

Is Amailer still around? If so -- good news! You don't have to be 14 anymore.

He was only 14 for what, 5 years? That's clearly not long enough.

EDIT: Also, I think it's going to require more than one article to cover my experience here at Carleton Wink

Beginning my first year (of grad school) @ Windsor. I need to bone up on my math, it's been a year since I had to use anything more complex than high school algebra Razz

Clayton's first week at Carlton: "md showed up and with lots of beer. I do not remember the rest of the week." Wink (to be fair it's probably not me he needs to worry about...)

Actually, I think it would be a great series for helping people to see what university life is like.

@md -- if you and Clayton want to start your own "compsci.ca @ Carleton campus tour event" then you are welcome to do so Smile
