sometimes when i logon to compsci... it takes the page like 2 minutes to load even when i refresh and i know couple of people who have same problem :S

it's a web-server limiting issue. you see the web-server compsci is hosted on is set to accept max # of transactions at a time. if it exceeds that limit, it puts you in a queue. you can get through, but only when it's your turn. In other words.. if you don't refresh you might get in faster. but if you do you're sent back in the queue.

thats prity much it. We get a prity good deal for our hosting so i am not complaing any time soon. it may be faster if you try to go directly to the borad by www.compsci.ca/v2/

personlay i dont find the lag that bad, what kind of conection are you using?

well it is about $1 us/mont for just hosting

domain is about $18 us per year (cost more becus it is .ca, lot less for .com)

our host is http://www.thehostexpress.com


waring tho, there tec sport sucks it big time. if you got a problem you could be in throuble

well their hosting sucks ass pretty badly :S
but right now all i need a is a .com domain i'm prolly gonna use one of my comps as a server and leave it on all the time...
how much u think a .com or .net domain will cost me?
