One of my friends recently got a new laptop and he wanted me to install visual basic on it. However when i did install it I tried making a couple programs to make sure it worked properly but I wasn't able to access the component dlls. It says I don't have the permission even though I'm the admin on the computer. Is there some sort of feature I need to turn off to access these dlls or will visual basic not work on Vista?
