My personal favourite is Goldneye because it was my first but I guess the James Bond games never got enough good games to be consistently called a serious FPS series. |

I remember Goldneye. That was back when Rareware was cool. |

CS:Source is my top FPS for now. Might start HL2 later. |

I found Bioshock to be one of the better first-person shooter. |

Wow I thought more people would vote for Halo. Maybe because it is for xbox and slow getting to PC. Halo 3 online is amazing. I believe the shield system in HAlo really make the game your not low from just killing someone and someone kills you. |

Counter Strike: Source, and if it counts; Garry's Mod. |

Meh I don't have an xbox, and console fps's in general suck. You need the keyboard and mouse. A new game I recently tried is portal. That game is soo freaking awesome. Does portal count as an fps?
I still haven't played Crisis, that game looks amazing. As anyone here played it? |

If your in the first person, and your shooting I think it counts. I'd defiantly count Portal. |

But it has more emphasis on puzzle solving. |

Ya but it still meets the needed criteria, plus extra. So, it's a puzzle-fps, I guess. |
