Who knows what the best program for a game that has 2D sprites in a 3D gameplay? Some people suggest visual basic, and turing is definately out... |

These are programming languages. And there isn't any answer to that question anyways.
What programming languages are you competent with? Of these languages, which allow access to a 3D graphics API? |

If you have to ask such a question, then the answer is "whatever you are the most comfortable with at the moment". Which sounds like Turing.. not sure why you would disregard something so easily. The applications are kind of slow in run-time, but it is quite capable of very simple 3D at a reasonable FPS. |
