Hey everyone.

Hehe I feel I'm asking too many questions Embarassed However, I hope to be able to answer others' questions once I get some experience Smile Until then, another shameless plea for help...

How does one go about joining an Open-Source project? I don't necessarily want to contribute (especially not at this point), but maybe looking over code would let me get more used to it and maybe use excerpts in random experimental programs... or something like that. Either way, I've looked into it once but it got kind of confusing and I wasn't even sure if I was in the right place, so I'd really appreciate some advice =) Is there a site that gives links to open-source projects? And does anyone have a suggested project that's not at a very high level (if those exist) so I could have a chance of deciphering the code within a few months?

Thanks in advance =)

Sourceforge? Smile

When in doubt, hit the homepage for the project, and they should have instructions on how to view their source code.
