I am planning to install omega drivers in place of the standard catalyst drivers. How would I go about doing this. i have already downloaded the driver, Many sites say get driver cleaner, but that costs money. How would I uninstall the current drivers and then installing the new ones without screwing myself over. (I already almost screwed myself over in my last attempt)

First, if you are using Windows or any other OS, use System Restore to back up your stuff. Then follow the instructions again very carefully. See if you can do it on the second time. (Try restarting your computer at every stage)

When i installed omega drivers, i just ran the installer i downloaded and they worked fine. They needed a few tweaks in the setings to make them run as well as i liked but i did not need to do any driver cleaning.

Also you should know the omega drivers are not allways better. For me some games worked better with them and some did worse.

well so far, all of the glitchiness is gone from a lot of things. fps wise, I don't see a huge difference

I did not see much of a FPS either, however it stoped my game crashing every 10 mins and stop some very wired bugs that whould come up on some texchers witch could lead to lag or crashing.
