It's a window in a gnome in a window in a gnome.
After I did this I realized it would have been pretty cool if I put a gnome in a window.

You'll have to get the UXTheme patcher. All it does it make a minor change in a windows .dll so that you can use themes not made by microsoft.
Get it here

I'm not really sure. I doubt it, because UXThemer really does very little. I wouldn't bother with anything other than UXThemer, though, myself. Everything I ever wanted I got from DeviantArt.

Beryl... nice!
And I really like that icon set. Where do I get it? Actually, I like everything. Kudos!

Ninjaman brings up a good point, I'm going to start listing off my desktop stuff.
GTK theme: Murrina-Everest
Beryl theme: Scaled_Black_Mod (plus changes for border thickness)
Icons: Dropline Neu!
Wallpaper: Spider (from this guy via Pixelgirl Presents)
Now I kinda wish I had cream running as well; I really like the matching dark-ish theme (same colours as XChat which I modified to match).

What did you just call me?
I wonder what your desktop would look like with a web browser open to, say, compsci.ca? Wouldn't that be very bright against the black background? I find sometimes the best way to get a black theme is to use colour inversion (available from beryl).

But... my background isn't black? Compsci.ca doesn't really look too bad, but unstyled text fields and buttons will look awkward. Even then, it's not a huge problem (though it helps when people are thorough in their CSS!). It might be interesting to see a Beryl plugin that just inverted the Value rather than RGB.
Anyways, I called you ninjaman because you're never in the channel.
