Can someone direct me to a good Canadian website for looking into university-specific, provincial, and national scholarships? |

I really like www.studentawards.com. It was recommended by our guidance councellors. As for the other site, I've never used it.
Remember to apply for scholarships now, as many applications are due early. We were told about these sites in December... |

1. That's really strange. Do they take your 6 best grade 11 marks?
2. What if you apply for a later scholarship in say, December. Then does it become grade 12 marks?
3. Do you have to request a transcript, or does the scholarship program go itself to get one from the school? |

Why would they take your 6 best marks? They would probably look at all of them... If you applied in December, you would now almost certainly be able to use your Midterm marks (if you run on semesters at your school) and your Grade 11 Final. Really though it depends on the scholarship witch one(s) are you planning on applying for? Read the requirements for it and your questions should be answered. |

some scolarships focus on your situation, family status, and/or writing an essay. For other scolarships you have to be nominated by school or refered by a teacher. There are plenty of different requirements, and not all of them have to do with your marks. |

Do you physically have to get the transcript, or does the scholarship organization get it from the school themselves? |
