Hello, Im making a website cause thats what I do.

Here it is, let me know what you think.
Its basically an AJAX sort of, rock paper scissors game. It sucks right now cause theres probally no one to play with you, but you can open another browser window and play with yourself if you want.

Let me know if you run into any problems, It should work in IE, and firefox haven't tested any other browsers though.

Whould be cool to add stats like how many peoleop pic rock, ect. And how many times each one wins.

Yes, the people you play are real people!

Basically once you make a move, it'll look for an opponent, after 60 seconds it gives up and tells you it can't find anyone. If it does find an opponent it puts you against each other.

If someone plays and doesn't find an opponent (times out), then the next user to come along, will face off against that person.


Dan, yes that is the plan, there are going to be two versions.
The version I have right now, just lets you play anyone else online, the second version (which will require you to create an account, and login) Will let you challange friends, via email, or msn. Basically it will give you a link to send people. This version will keep track of all kinds of stats, including how many times you've won/lost, used rock, paper, scissors, how many times you've won using rock, paper, scissors, etc...

It will let you challange friends, and compare stats against your friends.


Also I'm kind of hoping that I can do a tournament, that will allow the winner to be part of the world championships (in person).

wow thats nice xD but when I play, it says:

I thought I was suppose to get a message saying that I can't find any players

I beat someone going by the name "Hello" four times in a row, but now I got this error:

Hey, That shouldn't happen anymore, you must have been on, when I was adding the stats. I reset the stats so they were all zero (and the total was zero), so....rock/total = ERROR.

Should be fixed now.

pretty cool! i played against amailer and cerventes. a suggestion would be to make people register, add more games, let people choose the oponents, and have highscores of the registered people i.e. losses, wins, ties.

Yup, thats where its headed.

I'm going to have two versions, I'm gonna leave this one as it is, the alternate version will require an account to be made.

I'm not going to force people to register just to play a quick game, cause I don't want to piss people off, lol

technically you could add a bunch of games like yahoo games (well not that many lol). if you can add chess where we can play against each other. then i would be really impressed!
