I bought darkblue nameshadow...But it wont show

I baught darkblue name shadow...If I go on the shop it says I own it..But..There is no shadow under my name

there is on my computer.... i think it is just your computer, it happened to my name effects (when i had them) at school, and what does this have to do with turing? post in the right forum next time

Noramly i whould give helpfull advice and tell you that you can sell your shadow. However you posted it in turing help.
