like the title said, is there a way to force the audio of a flash to stay in sync and auto adjust to the animation?

It depends on what you mean by 'adjust the audio to the animation'

You can :

a) Put the onto a new layer, and on the properties menu down near the bottom, there should be a drop down menu to the right. The label should be Sync:, and it's options should be Event, Start, Stop, and Stream. Select stream and that way you can hear the audio while editing the .fla .

If that is not what you meant, I'm sorry. If you actually mean adjusting it to certain parts in the animation, inserting keyframes where you want it to start should work.

Sorry if this is not what you meant entirely. Specify what you mean in greater detail an i might be able to help.
