Nope, that's not legible at all, since letters are indistinguishable from others. If I had to guess though... Maybe:
Messageto.:en
Or maybe that "message" could be "manage", or a hundred different things. Just a random guess.

Under mangfiaction it looks like i could have started with a "H" and could be a website domain ending in .com but it is imposable to know for shure from just that since the infromation has been lost when the pixels where sized so small.

May i ask why you are trying to find out?

the lines are very clear, with no anti-aliasing or evidence of scaling the image down. This leads me to belive that the image was originally created at such resolution. As such I suppose it would be feasable to guess at the font used, and try to match the pixel sized pattern. You can then change the size of plaintext to reveal the hidden message Laughing

That's the thing, the first letter can be various letters (obviously both H and M), so we can't decode the text.
