I have to do this project for school. Basically I'll have a set (large...like 200 000 large) of xyz coordinates in space. I then have to apply a bitmap to a 3D model of that object. So for example, i had 100 000 xyz coordinates that give points in space for where an apple's extremities are in space (basically enough to make a wireframe). Now i need to apply a picutre of that apple to that wireframe. Any ideas how? All input or further information is appreciated. Thanks,

Give me lots of details, because I have no idea what you want.
You've got a set of coordinates? Is this a 3D model (in a format, like .obj, .3ds, etc) or just a list? Are you programming something or are you trying to make a model with it? |
