Ideas to strengthen ruby skills

If anyone has ideas for programs to make, so that i can strengthen my skills in ruby, drive the code in my head Smile

, it'll be awsome... i keep wanting to write Turing style :S...

The program suggestions at the end of chapters in that pine tutorial are probably as good as any.

Maybe you'd also want to try out CCC (or other contests) type problems, though don't do ones that are too hard, because the goal here is to learn Ruby. Though as you get more comfortable in Ruby, you can do the harder problems! :)

That confused me so i think i need someone to "explain" it better then the tut did...

It seems sorta close to java classes.

There are plenty of resources. wtd's tutorial is one.

You could also try reading the appropriate chapter in The pragmatic programmer's guide to Ruby or in the poignant guide.
