program help

hey guys jenkins here again, i need help with a programming question in turing. I know that you cannot add words or the like or whatever but im supposed to record what happens when i try to do it each with different type of math aka adding, subtracting multiplying and dividing.

"this programs asks for two interger numbers and two names and two real numbers and then add them subtracts, divides, and multiplies them to each other... what happens when
Intnumber1+intnumber2
Intnumber1+name1
Name1+name2
Intnumber1+realnumber1

Repeat for /*- (state what happens)"

can some one help me with this program pleaaaaseee

um first of all, what language are you supposed to do this in. and second, show us some attempt, so we can help you

it is supposed to be in turing, i will post an attempt tommorow it is saved on my file at school
