just newbcake is a custom title, which never changes. I'm pretty sure there is a bug that randomly names newbies to "just newbcake", but I may be mistaken and you have done something utterly stupid which someone didn't like . If you wish to change it, kindly ask either Tony or Hacker Dan to change it for you, and they probably will if, again, you haven't done something stupid.
Normally the ranks change based on the amount of posts you have. Check the FAQ for more info.
