| Why is limewire so damn slooowww ... i cant get it to run smoothly, every time i install it it lags like a mo'fo ... has any one else had this problem? and if so, how the hell do i fix it? |

| if ur using a mac i'd suggest you use: http://acquisitionx.com/ (as far as i can tell LimeWire is a poorly designed application.. i've stopped using it for years now) |

| Limewire is built on really, really, *really* bloatedly-excessive Java code. It downloads really fast, but it'll rape about 300MBs of RAM before it's done loading. |
