Unable to upload files

Some users mentioned that they were unable to upload files, though nobody told me anything.

Anyways, the problem should be fixed now.

I was not noifted ether, or at least i do not think i was. Any how thank you tony for updating the setings. Tho we will have to do this again shorty if my plans work out =p
