DAMN!
We should really have backups more often. I might be willing to do one, but I'm not sure I know how to set something automatic up, and I'm not sure if I would be able to.
Next time I know that when the site is down for 4+ hours it's a rollback . |

youve just got to wonder how much space it would take to back up ALL of the files on Compsci.ca. Good luck with that. |

I heard it was around 1gb? And that's with a bunch of stuff that isn't directly related to compsci. It might have been 4, but either way it's not overly that much... |

If anyone were to collaborate to pay for compsci, it'd be the admins. There are too many issues with collecting money online from the userbase. If you want to contribute, post things or bash Apple. |

Thank you for making me see the light. Apple has never done anything interesting and there certainly has never been anything interesting done with Apple software and hardware by third parties.

The funny thing is that these people that bash Macs (most of them anyways) have probibly never used a Mac, and by used I don't mean spent a half hour cursing at the mouse, but actually spent hours working on one. they're really actually quite good once you get used to working with them. Although a some programs can't run on them, they're being made much more compadable and efficent as time goes by.
