neon glow

i give it a 8 out of 10
the FX is blury, which is makes it harder to see..but otherwise its kool, good job

Ya... Not bad, the Fx is blurry, yep. 7/10 for a neon look. Try adding something more in the background.

Now the letters are too sharp. Try blurring them a bit, if you can (are they on a seperate layer from the glow?).
The "Smok'n" in the bottom left doesn't look as good as the rest. For it's size, there's too much glow, and the colour seems weird.

What program are you doing these in?

well im using ms paint.......

no just jokiung yes i do have on seperate layers im using psp(paint shop pro)...a trial version if some12 could provide me a cdkey generator that would be nice Smile

Yes, this is the best one so far, you blurred it a bit, and the 'smokin' was a bit different than the rest. 8/10

PSP is good, I don't see why everyone goes with Photoshop. It's similar to the windows/linux thing.
