I thought Firefox already had an incorporated searchbar. In fact, it does more than just Google (I remember having a link for it to search UrbanDictionary.com at one point).
So aside from it checking for when you get Gmail replies and a spell check (both pre-existing plugins for Firefox), what are the benefits? Eh

Yep, I already had somethign like this for FireFox for a while. It has things like Google, Amazon, Yahoo, Dictionary.com, and Ebay. Don't know if this is a different one, but I never trusted those toolbars, happy with what I already have...

Yeah, the search bar is built in, another Google toolbar is basically unnecessary - it was designed for IE, which is desperately lacking in the features which are so abundant in Firefox, and so is necessary for that browser.

Really, the way firefox is setup by default is awesome. The UI is small and takes up very little browsing space so you can see big pages better. Another toolbar that just duplicates things already present is kinda pointless.

Were google to add tabbed browsing capabilities to it's IE version... now that might help them out even more.
