Umm....

You do realize that most of us don't own an M-drive? So why all the Pic.FileNew ("M:") stuff?
Also, a number of the pictures you specify don't exist.
Your View.Update()s need some review.

And I'm not too sure why you have everything in seperate files...style perhaps?
