Can someone please give em a link to some simple free audio editing software. All I need to do it cut a song shorter for a presentation. Any ideas would be great. Thx for the help. |

this question has come up a few times now... the verdict seems to be audacity
sourceforge.net seems to be inacessible.. when it comes back search there for audacity. |

This may be overkill for what you need it for, but I've heard good things about FruityLoops ( http://www.fruityloops.com/ ) although I've never tried it. |

I don't even think you can crop already-made files in FruityLoops. It's just to make music. Audacity is specifically for editing audio files.  |
