Since I'm sexist, let me just say we're smarter
seriously though, men dominate the programming industry, this isn't due to sexist highering policies it's due to a lack of female programmers, and male portfolios being more impressive. With that said, there ARE female programmers out there, one of them works on SWG. Another of them was on the Diablo II team. Women are definitely being outnumbered in the field, I don't really mind because I need to look at my monitor not them anyways.

hahahah
well if girls really get into it i would say that the programming industry would be more balanced....
most girls aren't interested, thats why we lack girls.....
but if they were to take it seriously i think they should do as well as male programmers
