I know the best way is to do a nice clean format but unfortnatly i got the viruses pinned down in my _RESTORE file(ONE OF THE BIGGEST THINGS I HATE ABOUT WINDOWS) and i dont rember how to deactivate system restore so i can remove it, i usaly just do it from dos but i want to fix it so it dosent happen again,

To disable system restore, go to the Start Menu, right-click the My Computer icon and go to "Properties." Then go to the "System Restore" tab and check the box that says "Turn off System Restore on all drives"
