Does anyone know of a good program that chages windows default icons from a set i have? so i dont have to manually set each one...i think its something to do with shell32.dll

basically right now i downloaded a pack of ico files, and i dont know how to batch apply them

What version of windows are you using?
For XP (at least) Windows Blinds is a good option.
