				| does anyone know the max PATH (not just file name) length for a database that's included in the odbc? i think it's 254, can anyone find some doc on this? thanx |

				| um... bump? lol sorry guys, but i really cant find anything on this. in control panel -> admin tools -> ODBC, under the user DSN tab, if you try to add an entry with super long file path (name+path), it wont add it. looks like the limit is 140 characters, but that's a weird number for the upper limit... can anyone verify this for me, please? thanx lot!

				| no i mean, i copied the path, the filename, throw them in word and counted with it, 149, plus the null, 150, but y is it not 255 or something like that? y 150? |
