Hey I was just looking thorugh some old porgrams on my PC, and I cam accross the browser I had to download when Rogers Merged with Yahoo. This browser has some neat featrures, but I won't use it if it is based on internet explorer (firefox is waaaaaaaaaaaaay better).

Does n e one know if it is based on IE or Netscape?
