I'm Pretty New To Vb And We Got A Project At School, Our Teacher Isn't Very Helpful *Gives Long Lectures And Barely Lets Us Try Out The Stuff He Tells Us, Until Its Worth A Lot Of Our Mark..* Anyhow.
I'm Getting This Stupid Error - Invalid Field Data Type.
I'm Not Sure Whats Going On. Lol.
Any Help Would Be Awesome, Thanks. |

Heh, you should be lucky you get to do a database project. Much better than what we had to do... in one section we learned how to use the Shape control. Anyway, I'm going to take a wild guess at this one... you probably tried to use a data type not allowed in a field.
So... are you using the Data control, or something else? Any extra details would be helpful. |

it would be nice to know what database engine you're using and how you're connecting to it.
In Visual Basic, it's really easy to connect to Microsoft Access using DAO |

Lol, I'm An Idiot.
I Started Doing Other Stuff, And Just Realized What My Problem Was.
My Images Had The DataFeild = To The Data Feild I Wanted, But I Had A Code For That In My Program, So I Needed To Change The Data Feild In The Properties Of The Images To Nothing.
*Sigh* I Love Being Smart *Sarcasm Kills*
Thanks Anyways, It Wasn't A Very Well Explained Question Either |
