im suppose to make a game in VB, could anyone give me an example ofa fun game that isnt to hard to program(im new at visual basic)

Blackjack is a clasic example for VB. Fun to play, not too hard to program.
A few other good ones
Concentration
Jeopardy / Who wants to be a millionare
"Choose your own adventure" style game

if you're going for blackjack (or any other card game), I'm preaty sure there is windows API for drawing cards that you can access. Same one as they use in Solitare.

why wouldent it work very well? you can do anything you wnat in vb, the onlyr estrictions are that math is calculated slower than other lower lvl languages (like about miliseconds but in big procedures iwith lots of calculations can be up to seconds)

even without using direct x you could make a good pong game. vb is easy.

Fun VB game to make is a snake like game, like the one on your cell phones! It is not quite for begginers I guess, but with practise it isn't that hard.
