Interactive-C: What is it, where do I learn it, is it any good, and how is it different from standard C?

My job is to learn Interactive-C for my new high school, in the Geek Club.

Well uhh, German Club only meets once per month; the Debate Team is like hidden this year, I can't find it; and the Political Science Club is TOTALLY full: I couldn't even fit in the room so I just left. So the only thing left is the Tech club. I gotta get involved somehow Neutral
