In my experimentation with actionscript this summer, I have learned the basics of flash manipulation and interaction.

This is a color tester (using hex and alpha) to preview colors.

It is not all to practical, but it taught me how to use locked dragging, color manipulation, variable use and paths. Also, string manipulation and base conversion seem to be easier in flash than turing. you can also locate thing at decimal pixels. If turing had this, it would be much easier to do precise animation.

Nice.

But why did you use an "A" for the transparency? Confused
(maybe I'm just missing something :S)

I think "A" means "Alpha"...

Add a box to manually input RGB and Alpha values
